The ‘Arrow’ brand of go-kart represents almost 30 years of continual development.
They are a manufacturer committed to quality, performance, new technology and, above all, client service and support. Proving their pursuit of performance, Arrow Karts have won over 200 National Championships all over the World, CIK/FIA Championships in FA and ICA, the 2002 Rotax Max World Challenge Grand Finals in Langkawi, Malaysia and the Dutch round of the 2004 Rotax Max European Championship Series.
They use the latest hi-tech production techniques. They first design all their go-karts and their components using CAD/CAM technology. Then they take the world’s best chrome moly tubing sourced from Europe and the U.S., bend it using computer controlled machines, hand weld it, stress-relieve and heat treat it, powder coat and varnish it – all of this to ensure each and every bare chassis meets their strict quality standards. Next they add Arrow’s innovative components, from the 18mm wide self-ventilating rear brake disc right the way through to the innovative Arrow rear axle bearing cassettes and self-centering seat washers. Machined and anodized alloy components feature extensively on their go-karts, ensuring they are as light and strong as possible. Steering shafts, pedals and stub axles are all robot welded.
Over 85% of each Arrow go-kart is produced within their own factory, from raw material to the finished item giving them maximum control over their product quality. Each part is then carefully assembled ensuring the finished product is, without question, of the highest standard. Arrow Karts do combine technology and innovation with performance, a fact proven Worldwide.
It is their promise to offer innovation, performance, quality and, of course, true value for money with each and every Arrow product. They are confident that once you’ve tried Arrow, you’ll agree.
