When is KartSim coming out?
KartSim will be released during the 1st Quarter, 2012 on the PC.
Will it be available on consoles?
The initial release is for PC only, however the game is Xbox360 and PS3 ready. We’re working on securing a publishing deal to release KartSim on these platforms. Interested publishers can contact us here.
Will there be a public Beta?
Yes, we’ll be announcing how you can join in the beta testing in the next couple of weeks.
What will the demo feature?
The demo lets you race online as David Sera around the Oakleigh Kart Racing Club in an Arrow 28/30 chassis with a 17hp KT100s engine.

Is KartSim a game or simulation?
KartSim is both a game and simulation. Although the driving is a full simulation of a Kart, you can walk around the tracks and pits, earn points to customize your pit setup and kart livery, join other players’ teams or invite them to your own.
How realistic is KartSim?
KartSim is as realistic as driving a kart in real life. Using a real-time FEM model to simulate the flex of the chassis, as well as an automotive industry standard tyre model, the Kart bucks, hops and jacks the inside rear wheel just like in real life.
What engine does KartSim use?
KartSim is built on the Unity engine and uses a proprietary physics engine developed by the game’s developer, Zach Griffin.
